Say No to racism...

‎قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْه وَسَلَّمَ " يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ أَلَا إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّ أَبَاكُمْ وَاحِدٌ أَلَا لَا فَضْلَ لِعَرَبِيٍّ عَلَى أَعْجَمِيٍّ وَلَا لِعَجَمِيٍّ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ وَلَا لِأَحْمَرَ عَلَى أَسْوَدَ وَلَا أَسْوَدَ عَلَى أَحْمَرَ إِلَّا بِالتَّقْوَى أَبَلَّغْتُ !!" قَالُوا بَلَّغَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

The messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said “O people, your Lord is one and your father Adam is one. There is no favour of an Arab over a foreigner, nor a foreigner over an Arab, and neither white skin over black skin, nor black skin over white skin, except by righteousness. Have I not delivered the message?” They said, “The Messenger of Allah has delivered the message.”

Some of the lessons
Allah The All-mighty says in the Quran, Surah Ar-Rum 30:22:

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّلْعَالِمِينَ

And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colours. Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge.

So Allah Subhanahu wa taala counts our variation in skin colors & languages, as a sign/ miracle. However, some of us make fun & jokes about that.

Let’s all pledge this Ramadan not to say or support any of these kind of statements anymore and say
NO TO RACISM ✋
And spread love and care towards one another instead ❤️

Suggestion
As a family think what can you do to make sure that your family stays racism free.
